The LysaghtGuardrailTM / Thrie Beam Crash Barrier is available as per the specifications given by MORTH / IRC. A typical Crash Barrier System consists of a hot-dip galvanized steel Thrie-Beam, Post, and Spacer with various designs of end treatments. The Thrie-Beam type safety barrier consists of a 3 mm thick ‘W’ Beam rail of 4318 mm. The steel post and the spacer are 75mm x 150mm and 5mm thick segments and are spaced 2meter center-to-center. The LysaghtGuardrails / Thrie Beam Crash Barriers are manufactured with high tensile steel as per IS 2062/AASHTO M 180-00(2004), and the specification confirms MORTH / IRC guidelines. The fasteners used are as per IS 1367. The Thrie Beam Crash Barrier is hot-dip galvanized as per IS 4736 / IS: 4759 standards in our in-house Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant.
